Matt is an experienced professional with a background in sales and leadership. He has held various roles, including Territory Portfolio Manager at Midmark Corporation, Regional Sales Manager at Burkhart Dental Supply, and Regional Vice President at Coast Dental. With over 20 years of experience, he has successfully managed teams, driven sales growth, and managed P&Ls.
Matt is deeply committed to helping men break free from isolation and cultivate Christ-centered relationships. A decade ago, he discovered the transformative power of connecting with other men who share his faith. Since then, Matt has faithfully engaged in weekly gatherings, never missing a single one. In a world often lacking authentic connections, Matt emphasizes the importance of building strong friendships based on trust and vulnerability to navigate life's challenges.
Jon Perry
With over 25 years of P&L experience, leading multi-channel financial performance with $20MM in annual revenue. Budgetary responsibilities, creation of line-item P&Ls, and annual execution while leading teams over the past 20 years who each manage their own P&Ls and serves as their mentor throughout the annual budgetary process.
Jon wants to see men thrive. When men are passionate about their role in God's Kingdom, and earnestly pursuing His Ways, the world changes for the better. When men are self-centered and lack their true identity, the world gets dark quickly. The work of ITD is world changing and Jon wants to be a part of making this difference.
Brandon Reynolds - Founder
Brandon has a passion for building healthy men’s community that began with a mission that God placed on his heart. Straight from Luke 5, Brandon was struck with the question, “What would it look like to disciple a guy for a year and take him into the deeper waters of his Faith?” That began a journey of discovery in the tensions that men live in today and the barriers to meaningful community.

John Woolley
John is an accomplished leader and capital markets professional with significant experience in investment, lending and structuring experience of various types, including public & private fixed income markets, private equity, and mezzanine finance. John started his career on Wall Street as a commercial lender and now leads the wealth management arm of The Partners Group as a Managing Director & Chief Investment Officer.
Passionate about his community, John has also served on the boards of several non-profits, including the Oregon Children’s Theatre, There Rivers Charter School, and Harmony Academy, Oregon’s first recovery high school. John is also a former elder at his local church and has lead mission trips both domestically and abroad.
Neil Zellick
As a lifelong Oregonian, Neil is committed to service in our community. Professionally Neil has worked in financial services for over 20 years and is a Certified Financial Planner. His practice at its core is about helping families make wise decisions to enrich their lives and legacy by aligning the use of their resources with what is most important to them.
Neil has also served on multiple non-profit boards over the past ten years and along with that experience he brings a commitment to the mission of INTO THE DEEP that goes back to the early days of the ministry. Neil’s service with INTO THE DEEP is a reflection of his belief in the unique influence that men have in our families, businesses, churches and communities. When men thrive, those around them thrive, and our communities are stronger for it.
Neil and his wife Alyssa have been married for 23 years and have two children. He is grateful to be a part of what God is doing through the ministry, knowing that our best days are ahead of us.
