As the founder of INTO THE DEEP and as a pastor for over 27 years, Brandon has made it his mission to call men out of isolation and into a Christ-centered community. Each day Brandon teaches men how to believe bigger, follow Jesus closer and live on mission.

Daniel is a sought-after author and speaker, most recently authoring The 7 Perspectives of Effective Leaders (October 2020). His book Living Forward (March 2016) is a national best seller. He lives part-time in Portland, Oregon and part-time in Maui, Hawaii.

Cody is the Executive Director of Grace Based Families, a faith-based, family-focused media organization committed to helping ordinary parents raise extraordinary kids. He and his wife, Lauren, are raising their four kids and unusually large dog in Portland, OR.

Josh coached high school for 18 years and has been disciplining young men for all of his adult life. His company Prep Success Coach helps student athletes reach their goals. He has a lot of girl power in his life from wife Emily, daughters Taylor and Brynlee and granddaughters Alana and Lucia.

As a youth pastor, Dayne developed the skill to communicate with men in a way that is relatable. As a SET PATH mentor, Dayne’s has been honing his skills as a mentor and life coach. At Adventure Weekend Dayne will be one of the hosts and a lab speaker.

Ben Burns is a local and national speaker on marriage and the family. He has a passion for helping men fulfill their calling as Christian husbands and dads. He has successfully launched two kids and is about to launch his last from college.

Cliff is one of the most respected and requested speakers on the INTO THE DEEP team. He is a clear communicator, gifted with the ability to apply God’s Word in a man’s life. Simon is a writer based creative director who has spent nearly 30 years in ad agencies in the US, the UK and his home of Australia. He is most passionate about using the gifts God has given him to tell transformative stories that (re)introduce people to Jesus.
